That’s why in 2021, we made reuse and recycling the heart of our services, transforming the humble moving box into a powerful tool for environmental responsibility. Instead of contributing to landfills, we have cultivated a circular system where each box enjoys multiple lives before being responsibly recycled, embodying the principles of sustainable development and resource efficiency.

For the year 2024, our commitment has resulted in the recycling of 5.33 tons of cardboard and paper.

Our Sustainable Cycle: Giving a Second Life to Boxes and Saving Trees

Our process is simple yet impactful:

• Reuse First: The Cornerstone of Our Green Approach: After every move, our team diligently collects used boxes. Each box is carefully inspected to ensure it meets our reuse standards. Clean and sturdy boxes are disinfected and reintroduced into our inventory, ready to assist in future moves. This prioritization of reuse is key to reducing the demand for new resources and embodying a truly circular economy.
• Recycle Responsibly: Closing the Loop: When a box has truly reached the end of its reusable life, its journey doesn’t end. We partner with certified recycling facilities to ensure these materials are transformed into new products. This responsible recycling step closes the loop, diverting valuable resources from landfills and returning them to productive use.

Our commitment to sustainability is clearly reflected in our year-over-year recycling efforts:

• 2024: 5.33 tons recycled
• 2023: 5.34 tons recycled
• 2022: 4.11 tons recycled
• 2021: 4.41 tons recycled

The Big Picture: A Forest of Difference

Since 2021, our collective efforts have resulted in the recycling of an impressive 19.19 tons of cardboard and paper.
To put this into perspective, this is equivalent to saving approximately 315–330 mature trees (based on industry estimates of 16–17 trees saved per ton of recycled paper).

Additionally, to encourage the use of recycled materials, we offer our clients the option to use our high-quality, previously used boxes at a reduced rate. This provides a cost-effective and environmentally conscious choice for their move, directly supporting our circular system and reducing the demand for new boxes from the start. By choosing recycled boxes and then returning them, clients actively close the loop, turning a simple act into a powerful environmental contribution, demonstrating that even small actions, when multiplied, can create significant positive change.
