Consequently, all FIDI members must also be FAIM certified.

FAIM accredited relocation companies are independently audited by EY, ensuring that all companies meet the same strict standards.
Currently, there are more than 600 companies worldwide with the FAIM quality seal.

FAIM uses NCV (Non-Compliant Values) as measurement indicators, and the current FAIM 2022 standard represents a total of 1475 NCVs.

To obtain the FAIM 2022 Top Performer rating, a number of criteria are taken into account:
Score of 0 NCV on the day of the Audit;

Submission of pre-audit documentation within the established deadline;

Conducting the annual internal audit of FAIM (IFA) within the established deadline.
